| Day 1 |
Arrival at
Cochin. Transfer to Hotel and over night. |
| Day 2 |
Morning – Cochin sight seeing. Places of
interest: Cochin, the queen of the Arabian Sea is one of the
most interesting cities of India and has a finest natural
Harbour. Time immemorial, Arabs, Chinese Dutch, British and
Portuguese Sea fares followed the sea route to Cochin and left
their impressions on the town. The ancient Temples, Churches
and synagogues in this city are of special interest
archaeologists and historians. The Chinese fishing nets, the
Jewish Synagogue, the Dutch Palace and the Bolgatty Palace
enrich the heritage of Kerala. (3 hours sight seeing). Back to
Hotel.
Afternoon: 2 hours Ayurvedic massage with
steam bath.
Back to hotel and overnight. |
| Day 3 |
Check out.
Proceed to Alleppey (75 Kms.). This Town is having large
network of Canals (country backwater) and is the center for
backwater cruises in Kerala. Check in House Boat for sight
seeing cum over night. House Boat, the traditional enchanting
‘Kettuvallam’ – used for transportation about Hundreds of
years, is made of Anjili Wood. Some called it a Back water
resort and can enjoy the serene and placid village Back waters
of Kerala on a traditional boat, including traditional food.
The Birds Sanctuary, Kumarakam can also visit while on House
Boat; which is on the Eastern Banks of Vembanad Lake. Night
halt in the house boat and check out at
Kumarakam. |
| Day 4 |
Proceed to Vandenmedu (101 Kms). Check in
Hotel Carmalia Heaven Vandenmedu; in their an ‘ Earu Madam’ a
house in the forest tree top. |
| Day 5 |
Check out proceed to Periyar wild life
sanctuary, (25 Kms) check in hotel. Day - sight seeing. This
is one of the best sanctuaries in India for watching and
photographing Elephant at close quarters. The animals usually
found here are Elephant, Tiger, Bison, Spotted deer, and Guar
etc. Sight seeing in a motor boat through the Perriyar Lake.
Back to hotel and over night. |

Check out and proceed to Kovalam. (270 Kms)
Check in hotel and over night. |

| Day 8 |
Check out. Proceed to Trivandrum,(15Kms)
check in hotel. Day, Trivandrum sights seeing. Trivandrum is a
beautiful city of magnificent structures built on seven hills
with ancient and modern style of architecture. Places of
interest: Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple; Sree Padmanabhapuram
Palace, Veli Tourist Village; Napier Museum; Sree Chithira Art
Gallery. Back to Hotel and over night. |

Check out and proceed back to Cochin.(220
Kms) Check in hotel. Evening watch the Kerala’s most famous
cultural devotional program (Dance / Drama) ‘Kathakali’ or
shopping. Back to hotel and over night. |
