Cervélo-Lifeforce at "Drentse 8 van Dwingeloo "
11 April, 2008 – Yesterday, the UCI race of the category 1. Drentse 8 van Dwingeloo took place in the Province Drenthe in the Netherlands. The race over the distance of 127 km has not a hilly profile but very difficult because of the many cobbles passages. Unfortunately the race for the Cervélo-Lifeforce riders Caroline Steffen, Pascale Schnider, Emma Rickards and Patricia Schwager was not successull. In this race with a lot of mass falls, only Steffen could reached the finish.
The race was won in the finish sprint by Ina-Yoko Teutenberg (GER) ahead of Regina Schleicher (GER) and Rochelle Gilmore (AUS).
The next race on the schedule of the Cervélo-Lifeforce Pro Cycling Teams is tomorrow, Saturday, 12th April with the fourth UCI World Cup - the Ronde van Drenthe.
